As first-time home buyers, we were not very familiar with the whole process, but Caterina and Joe were there to help us every step of the way. When we did find the right home, they were available to help us write the offer that same night, which was the same day that the property went on the market. Having raised a family, worked, and been active in many communities in Montgomery County, Joe is as knowledgeable about the area as they come. Caterina, being Joe’s daughter and thus being raised in and now raising her own family in the county, has her finger on the pulse. From the moment we contacted them, we knew we were in professional and more-than-capable hands. Caterina and Joe patiently walked us through the process of selling our home one step – one question and answer – at a time. They prepped us on the best ways to ready our home for listing and advised us on how to do so in a home with young children; they gave us guidance on which areas and in what order we should focus our attention; they explained the market and suggested a best course of action based on our desired timeline.
